Our traditional wrought iron and riveted spit really looks the part.
Custom-made by our blacksmith neighbour at Woolton Farm, hog roast makes for an atmospheric addition to a country event or wedding. We use only locally grown free range pork or lamb, and we cook only on proper charcoal – to pack the meat with proper barbecue flavour. Even the charcoal we use is produced on site at Woolton Farm, made in the traditional manner by local woodsman Andrew Kirby.
